                          Enhancing Fertility through Acupuncture

                          Picture
The body's natural state is to be fertile.    Acupuncture is a non-intrusive, safe, and  effective way to bring the body back into balance and to enhance the fertility of men and women.

Acupuncture is a more natural way to enhance fertility, and it costs much less than artificial reproductive techniques.    Acupuncture can do much more than help a woman conceive successfully; it can help make the pregnancy itself, as well as the baby, much healthier.

ACUPUNCTURE COSTS MUCH LESS THAN IVF

You could spend tens of thousands of dollars on artificial reproduction techniques, such as in vitro fertilization.   The IVF sequence uses drugs and artificial hormones to first put the body into menopause, and then hyper-stimulate the ovaries, allowing eggs to be harvested and fertilized externally, then re-implanted into the uterus.  Artificial reproductive techniques do not address the underlying problems that impeded fertility in the first place.     The use of the drugs and  the artificial hormones have their own risks and side effects, mostly undesirable. The required treatment schedule can intrude into a couple's life,  due to the sensitive timing of the visits.

IVF is celebrated for having a success rate of  up to 25% of the time:  "The possibility of a continuing pregnancy being achieved by IVF has improved from practically nil to one chance in 4 to 6 at IVF centers worldwide."    Some women require many more than 4 IVF treatments.

If IVF were to cost only $10,000 per cycle (and it can cost much more, with all things considered), and if this cost covered everything, one could spend at least $40,000 to conceive and carry the pregnancy to term if one only tried IVF four times.     For $40,000, and a much less intrusive therapy, one could have acupuncture weekly for more than 10 years!  For only $10,000, a woman could have weekly acupuncture for more than two years, far more than is shown to be necessary for most women to conceive.

Most women diagnosed with unexplained infertility conceive using acupuncture alone within a year of regular treatment, and some within only three months.  Weekly acupuncture treatments for just 3 months would cost less than $1000.

ACUPUNCTURE IS A NATURAL, SAFE, & EFFECTIVE THERAPY

Acupuncture, by bringing the entire body system back into balance, can address the root of the cause of infertility, and address many other ailments at the same time.    Side effects tend to be benign, including a sense of calmness and relaxation, along with reducing other symptoms.  Acupuncture can help with any kind of pain, from migraines to back pain.  Additionally, acupuncture can help with morning sickness.   Acupuncture is effective in treating depression during pregnancy and much safer than conventional medications typically used for depression.

Acupuncture does not use any artificial substances in curing the body, but allows the body, mind, and spirit to realign.

Acupuncture can help a woman continue her pregnancy when there is a history of miscarriage.  Again, acupuncture brings the body into balance, and the body in balance wants to be fertile.
